We Would Love Your Help

Taste Coleambally Food and Farm Festival is a huge project with a lot going on behind the scenes. If you would like to volunteer to help in the lead up to the event or even be willing to donate some time over the weekend's activities, we would love to hear from you.  All you need to do is register your details below and someone will be in contact with you shortly.
            What we need help with:
  • sharing facebook posts or generally offering to assist with Facebook promotion
  • inviting people to the festival and events
  • setting up and take down of Mainstreet Festival
  • Arts Precinct helping with the set up and take down
  • Sponsorship - ensuring all sponsors needs are met
  • Stallholders - assisting in lead up to festival with a small area of stallholders. This involves working with the coordinator to see what is needed and working with exhibitors to ensure all runs smoothly for the day. We need help with the Watering Hole, Paddock to Plate Precinct, Natural Fibre Showcase, Grazing Paddock (food).
  • Logistics - helping with distributing gazebos, tables, chairs, hay bales to the correct area along the festival trail on the Sunday.
  • Coly Colour Run helpers on the day
  • Writing media releases for local and regional newspapers
  • Advertising events in school newsletters around the region
  • Putting up posters and distributing flyers for events and the festival as a whole
  • Motor-homers- inviting them to stay for a week before and after the festival.
