Are you one of our budding salami makers? Do you think your recipe is better than your neighbours?
Well, put it to the test and let us be the judge with an expert panel lined up to vote on each salami’s Colour, Density, Aroma and of course Taste. We will also have a people's choice award where each salami will also be anonymously voted on by festival goers to make sure all taste buds are covered. Entry is just $10 each salami and you will have to provide us with approximately 750g sample delivered to the Brolga Hotel for judging before 9.30am on Sunday 28th October.
