RULES:
1. Three categories- Pork ribs, Beef ribs and chicken.
2. $10 to enter each category, if entered into all three you are edible to win grand pit master.
3. Chicken to be presented at 13:00, Pork 13:15 and Beef 13:30.
4. Meat will be judged in 5 sections, scored out of 10 for each.
1- Appearance, 2- Flavour, 3- moisture, 4- smoke ring, 5- texture.
5. There will be 4 judges and scores will be an average of the five sections, across the 4 judges.
6. The scores of the three dishes will determine the Grand pit master.
7. Grand Pit Master prize is $300 voucher. First prize in each category is $150 voucher. Second place $50 voucher.
8. Maximum 20 participants.

- Tables for preparation will be provided, along with a slush bucket and a rubbish bag.
- Contestants will have to provide their own gas-powered cook tops, all other cooking equipment, as well as ingredients & serving plates.
- After cooking, all contestants must clean down their own area and remove all rubbish.
- Registrations will close 5pm, Thursday 27th October 2022
- Late applications will be considered at the discretion of the organiser.
- Photos of the event may be used in future advertising and media purposes.
